Dr. MacKinnon graduated from Stanford University with a BA in Human Biology. She earned her Medical Degree at the University of Arizona College of Medicine in Tucson, where she also completed residency. She completed a Musculoskeletal Radiology fellowship at Duke University.

Outside of work, Dr. MacKinnon enjoys biking, reading, and adventuring with her family.
