Dr. Kotlyar graduated from SUNY, Binghamton, NY with a BS in Chemistry and minor in cinema. He earned his Medical Degree at SUNY Upstate College of Medicine in Syracuse, NY. He then attended the North Shore University Hospital and Long Island Jewish Medical Center in NY for a Diagnostic Radiology residency and subsequently completed a fellowship in Musculoskeletal Radiology at Duke University in Durham, NC.

Outside of work, Dr. Kotlyar likes to travel, play guitar, shoot hoops, and enjoy all the outdoor activities the northwest has to offer.
