Wayne M. Mortensen, MD graduated from Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C. Following internship in Virginia, Dr. Mortensen completed residency in Diagnostic Radiology at the University of Utah. His interest in sports medicine and orthopedics prompted additional training at the University of Utah as a Musculoskeletal Radiology fellow.

In addition to his practice in Idaho, Dr. Mortensen serves as an Adjunct Professor of Radiology at the University of Utah. Outside of radiology, he enjoys traveling and outdoor activities with his family.
