Dr. Shofner Michalsky completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas where she graduated with honors with a B.S. in Biochemistry. She then obtained her Medical Degree from the University of Nevada School of Medicine. After completing her internship in General Surgery at Swedish Medical Center in Seattle, Washington, she completed her Diagnostic Radiology residency at the University of Washington, Seattle Washington. She then stayed at the University of Washington for her fellowship in Interventional Radiology.

In her spare time, Dr. Shofner Michalsky is a Health and fitness guru who enjoys running marathons and half marathons. She also loves hiking and exploring the outdoors with her husband and daughter.
